I'm kind of assuming the guy is Jake, unless you want to do your own intro and have the guy Martha shoved just be some random pedestrian?

It could be a random pedestrian. Maybe Jake shows up in the area after her kick-butt fight scene? Or during? Whichever is fine with me.

Will do. One thing though--in my post I implied that it was night (the thing with the streetlamps, and Martha only ever goes out hunting at night anyway) and in yours you put that it was day. Might want to edit that. :)
