Who's the Atravan, is Fletcher an Astravan?

'Astravan'~ that would be Captain Vablien. He is a captain of the Astravan army, therefore, he is Astravan (And I might not be spelling that right...Maybe 'en' on the end?) Actually, Fletcher is, sort of, Astravan too, which I will soon explain. :D
