Age: 16 (I don't know if that's too old or not...but I'll change it if it is)
Appearance: 5'7", on the thin side, dark hair that hangs down over his eyes, one of his eyes is grey and the other is bright green
Personality: maybe kind of quiet, but I'll let the story flesh him out
Past: His father was a drinker and he forced his wife to leave Finley on the doorstep of St. Bobbit's when he was three. Finley, even though he doesn't remember his family well, hates his father.

Appearence: Dark shaggy hair, on the tallish side, anything but musclebound.
Personality: Shy, quiet chap. Comes from being mute. A little mysterious, hates the matron (Ohh, who wants to be her?)
Past: Unknown. has been at Old Bobb's since before curren't Matron took the throne. Speculation abounds - most common idea is that he's the illigitimate son of a prominent personage - but this is a lie, sorta.

Age: Uh...maybe around fourty?
Appearance: her mouth looks like she's been sucking on lemons for about three decades. She wears her black, albeit streaked with silver hair up in a tight bun. Around 5'10", thin, with severe features.
Personality: quiet, stern, very orderly.
Past: no one really knows

Gender: Female
Age: a tiny eight-year old who looks about four
Appearence: Bright green eyes, pale skin, hair of pale brown with a few red strands
Personality: Pretends to be slow, but actually is a clever schemer.
Past: Unknown. Small gifts-- a flower, feather, mittens, a pretty pebble--show up on her bed on the first day of each season, but no one visits her

Personality: Responsible, quiet, and protective
Past: Showed up on the doorstep of St. Bobbit's three years ago with a younger girl he said was his sister. If the two of them aren't true orphans, they're not telling anyone

Appearance: Wavy strawberry-blonde hair, green eyes, fair skin, slender, small-boned
Personality: Quiet, thoughtful, and a dreamer. Sensitive to criticism, whether actual or perceived
Past: Showed up on the doorstep of St. Bobbit's with Lucas. Before that, neither of them will tell

edit: I figured I should actually write up a profile for her at some point so here it is. It's short but that's too bad.

Appearance: Short, red-head with green-blue eyes.
Personality: Smart mouth, loves the little kids and tries to protect them from the Matron.
Background: Never has known any of her family and has thus lived at Bobbit’s her whole life.

Personality: Outgoing but not extremely talkative, acts before she thinks, independent
Past: Belongs to a rich family who set her in an arranged Marriage, she hides at Bobbits

Age: 13

Appearance: Blond hair that goes everywhere, blue eyes, skinny and 4'11" that he claims is 5'.

Personality: Mostly a coward, doesn't think he can do anything himself. His small frame sometimes makes him a pick for bullies. Runs away from problems, hates to be corrected, he will take it, but after they tell him, he will run away.

Past: Was born and dropped in the street where someone found him and then took him to Bobbit's.

Other: Has a bat that he found that he keeps under his bed, wants to hit people with it when he gets angry, but he could never find the courage.
