How come BOTB is not a bestseller? I never heard of it until a pastor gave it to me as a gift. They don't sell it at Barnes and Nobles, (well, not mines anyway), nor is it in the library, even though its so much better than most fantasy books. Is it because the publisher isn't exactly well known? And last of all, how can we, (the loyal readers), help promote it? Maybe, introduce it to a friend? Any suggestions?
