I've only just discovered BOTB but I'm loving it! I was wondering if anyone has created a fan page on Facebook in order to let people know about this wonderful series. I'm a big fan of Lewis and Tolkien so if I've only just discovered Graham, I'm sure there are others who haven't.

And, ya know, guys...the craziness has actually gone down a LOT around here. We're all a bunch of sedate oldies now - not many young, hyper noobies around to shake things up anymore. =P

I'm wondering if I was premature in my excitement over this series. Like I said, I've only just begun but Beyond the Summerland got really slow and the writing became very uneven. The dialogue was even silly at times. It started off very intrigueing and even as I near the end, I love the concepts. But now I don't think I can strongly recommend it to anyone. I really wanted to be able to. I usually trust P&R Publishing. Perhaps it will win me over before it's done, but I'm not real enthusiastic about buying more in the series when many of you have said this first book was your favorite. I appreciate your thoughts.
