I liked the whole Keila/Benjiah thing, it was so cute, and it added more of an emotional angle to the book... which was basicly just a war... (I hate long, drawn out wars. I nearly died in the Narnia and LotR movies). ;b I think they're age difference was fine... besides, Benjiah was a prophet, that adds a few extra years of maturity, wouldn't you say?

the Seagan and Byrar thing was random, but it was ok.

I didn't mind Koshti dying, until Aljeron hugged him and started saying 'my brother' Why L.B.? Why!!? ;b

I didn't mind Valzaan being Alzare. I thought that it was good. If it were anyone else then it would be a very very very long book just to explain it all....

Benjiah's dying was masterfully done. It was great! (not him dying... but you know. ;b) (... actually technically his dying was great...lol)

The only thing that I didn't like was Joraiems's words at the end... like, couldn't he have hugged his kid that he'd had absolutly no physical contact with, like, ever? I think he should have been crying tears of joy too. :') aww, so sweet....

I liked the short, but not too short, ending too. Awesome.

LOL, Aljeron's not wanting to relinquish his sword was an awesome, unexpected, but throughly exhilerating part in the story. I loved it!

That's true. I was getting a little tired of people dying by the end of the book. EXCPECIALLY Koshti. I cried so hard at that part of the book, that my mom came in to see what was wrong. LOL! When she found out I was crying over a fictional animal dying, she started laughing.XD Not encouraging.

Haha. It is kinda funny when you think about it :D

NO! Koshti was WONDERFUL! I felt like I'd lost a good friend!

But you can't say that you honestly didn't see that one coming????
