i think it's stupid to read only 10 pages of a book and decide you don't want to read it.
any good author is going to let you see struggle. life is full of it, so a realistic book will have it too. Lawhead paints very relatable characters, which is important.
if you quit reading it because it has sex in it, grow up. Silverhand was married. when i get married, i'm gonna have sex. cause that's how God made it.

I love BotB and can't wait for the next book. Stephen Lawhead is great, and I can't wait for his next book. They are both authors I learn more about God from and that's what matters most.

and fyi i was using the religion as an example... i have more then JUST that as a bone to pick with botb... religion is one of my pet peeves... im in love with ancient mythology, and i find other religions fascinating so it ticks me off when someone is obviously hitting off of another religion...
